Meeting with Senator and Minister Anna Maria Anders

On November 9th, 2016 the Polonia Institute along with the Polish American Congress of Southern California organized a meeting with Senator and Minister Anna Maria Anders. The meeting was held at the Parish Hall located at 3424 Adams Blvd., Los Angeles.

The meeting was attended by Father Rafał Dyguła SChr, Consul Mariusz Brymora, President of SCAL PAC Edward Wojciech Jeśman, and about 60 guests from various Polish organizations. The meeting was hosted by Leszek Pawlik, Polonia Institute CEO.

The topics covered included a discussion of the recent book written by Senator Anders “Córka Generała i Piosenkarki”, the election of the new US President, the repatriation of Poles from the former USSR, Polonia representation in the Polish Senate and others.

After the meeting Senator Anders visited the Sanctuary of Saint John Paul II and the Polish Retirement Home, Szarotka.
