The only such organisation. Lawyers who stand for values

Today, with more than 50 million people killed each year around the world in their prenatal phase of development, when attacks on the family and the natural identity of marriage by LGBT ideologists continue ceaselessly, and last but not least, when children at schools are being indoctrinated against the will of their parents, there is an urgent need for professional lawyers that are willing to defend the natural social order.

The establishment of the Ordo Iuris Institute for Legal Culture in 2013 was a response to this need. Today, after seven years of operation, the lawyers who make up this unique organisation are everywhere where fundamental values are challenged and attacked, and the influence of this Polish think tank on public debate, both in Poland and around the world, is constantly growing.

The first important pillar of Ordo Iuris’ activities is litigation. In courtrooms all over Poland, but also increasingly often in other countries, the Institute’s lawyers defend crucial values. They stand up for families from which officials unjustifiably want to take children away, including those living abroad, for example in Norway, where the notorious Barnevernet office for children is often the cause of much unnecessary suffering for parents and their children.

They stand up for doctors, pharmacists, nurses and midwives who want to pursue their profession in accordance with their conscience and medical knowledge, as well as representatives of other professions who, as a result of pressure from extreme left-wing ideologists, fall victim to harassment or persecution.

The Institute’s lawyers represent many people attacked by left-wing activists and organisations intent on implementing their harmful ideologies. For example, the Institute responded in the well-publicized case of an Ikea employee who was fired for quoting excerpts from the Bible on an employee forum on the matter of homosexuality; the case of a printer who refused to print materials promoting the LGBT ideology, and the case of Professor Ewa Budzyńska from the University of Silesia who was disciplined for referring in her lectures on family sociology to a family model based on marriage between a woman and a man, and for calling a human being in the prenatal stage of development a child. Lawyers of the Ordo Iuris Institute also oppose illegal attacks on public displays of faith and religious symbols. The Institute always provides legal assistance free of charge.

The second very important area of Ordo Iuris’ involvement is its analytical activities. The Institute’s experts prepare draft laws that protect family and fundamental freedoms, submit legal arguments to politicians in Poland and in European institutions, and monitor the activities of public authorities. Currently, no discussion on matters regarding the defence of life, family, marriage, and religious freedom takes place in Poland without the participation of Ordo Iuris’ lawyers. It is particularly important and necessary to involve professional lawyers in defending the right of parents to raise their children in accordance with their own beliefs, and to oppose the corruption of their children at school. The Institute’s activities have been instrumental in blocking many initiatives of LGBT activists who use insidious methods to subject children to vulgar sex education and gender ideology.

The activity of the Institute’s experts at the international level is equally important. They are often the only Polish representatives in European institutions, European scientific bodies and even global bodies such as the European Parliament, the Court of Justice of the European Union, and the United Nations. Efforts to defend the Institute’s core values bear concrete results. For example, at the Nairobi Summit in November, the consistent opposition of the coalition formed in Kenya with the participation of Ordo Iuris led to the blocking of attempts to make abortion a new human right as well as to introduce forced sex education in all countries across the globe. It is worth mentioning that during this event Ordo Iuris was one of only two recognised organisations standing up for natural values worldwide!

Moreover, Ordo Iuris is constantly engaged in defending religious freedom and fighting the ever-growing attacks and persecution of Christians. It is one of the few organisations to monitor this alarming practice and alert international institutions about its growing scale. It has also launched a dedicated online platform (www.cwr.ordoiuris.pl) through which anyone can report cases of discrimination and acts of hatred targeted at religious freedom or freedom of conscience.

Ordo Iuris also conducts scientific and formational activities, including training young lawyers on how to build and keep a good conscience. The Institute organises numerous scientific conferences and lectures conducted by renowned experts, and publishes a number of publications, including a scientific periodical entitled Kultura Prawna [Legal Culture].

Most importantly, Ordo Iuris is independent from external factors and current politics. It intentionally and deliberately does not use any public subsidies or grants that could hinder its independence. Ordo Iuris is sustained only by the support of donors who are committed to its special mission and share the same values. More and more Polish and foreign nationals who believe in the need to protect the foundations of Western civilization are placing increasingly greater hopes in the Ordo Iuris Institute. However, the increase in social expectations is also accompanied by an increase in costs and expenses. As a result, the Institute finds itself in need of material support from as many people of conscience as possible, who in cooperation with Ordo Iuris’ lawyers are ready to defend the most important values. Ordo Iuris – Instytut na rzecz Kultury Prawnej

Jedyna taka organizacja. Prawnicy, którzy bronią wartości.

Dziś, gdy każdego roku na świecie uśmierca się ponad 50 milionów ludzi w prenatalnej fazie rozwoju, gdy nie ustają ataki ideologów LGBT na rodzinę i naturalną tożsamość małżeństwa, wreszcie gdy wbrew woli rodziców deprawuje się dzieci w szkołach – naglącą potrzebą stała się obrona naturalnego ładu przez profesjonalnych prawników.

Powstanie Instytutu na rzecz Kultury Prawnej Ordo Iuris w 2013 roku było właśnie odpowiedzią na tę potrzebę. Obecnie, po siedmiu latach działalności, prawnicy tworzący tę unikalną organizację są wszędzie tam, gdzie fundamentalne wartości są podważane i atakowane, a wpływ tego polskiego think tanku na debatę publiczną zarówno w Polsce, jak i na świecie stale się powiększa.

Pierwszym ważnym filarem działalności Ordo Iuris jest działalność procesowa. Na salach sądowych w sądach w całej Polsce, ale coraz częściej i w innych krajach, prawnicy Instytutu stają po stronie najważniejszych wartości. Bronią rodzin, z których urzędnicy bezpodstawnie chcą odebrać dzieci, także zamieszkałych poza granicami Polski jak chociażby w Norwegii gdzie okryty złą sławą urząd ds. dzieci Barnevernet niejednokrotnie jest sprawcą takich dramatów.

Występują w obronie lekarzy, farmaceutów, pielęgniarek i położnych, pragnących wykonywać swój zawód w zgodzie z sumieniem i rzetelną wiedzą medyczną, a także przedstawicieli innych zawodów, którzy na skutek nacisków ideologów skrajnej lewicy padają ofiarą szykan czy prześladowań.

Prawnicy Instytutu są pełnomocnikami wielu osób atakowanych przez lewicowych aktywistów czy organizacje urzeczywistniające ich szkodliwe koncepcje. Szerokim echem obiły się sprawy pracownika Ikei zwolnionego z pracy za cytowanie na forum pracowniczym fragmentów Biblii mówiących o homoseksualizmie; drukarza, który odmówił druku materiałów promujących ideologię LGBT, czy prof. Ewa Budzyńskiej z Uniwersytetu Śląskiego, wobec której wszczęto postępowanie dyscyplinarne za to, że podczas wykładów z socjologii rodziny przedstawiała model rodziny oparty na małżeństwie kobiety i mężczyzny, a człowieka w prenatalnej fazie rozwoju nazywała dzieckiem. Przeciwstawiają się również bezprawnym atakom na wiarę i symbole religijne w przestrzeni publicznej. Pomoc Beneficjentom zawsze udzielana jest bezpłatnie.

Drugim  niezwykle istotnym obszarem zaangażowania Ordo Iuris jest działalność analityczna. Eksperci Instytutu przygotowują projekty ustaw chroniących rodzinę i podstawowe wolności, docierają z prawną argumentacją do polityków w kraju i w instytucjach europejskich oraz monitorują działania administracji publicznej. Obecnie żadna dyskusja w Polsce z kręgu obrony życia, rodziny, małżeństwa, wolności religijnej nie toczy się bez udziału prawników Ordo Iuris. Szczególnie ważne i potrzebne jest zaangażowanie profesjonalnych prawników w obronę prawa rodziców do wychowania dzieci zgodnie z własnymi przekonaniami i przeciwstawianie się deprawacji dzieci w szkołach. Działania Instytutu przyczyniły się do zablokowania wielu inicjatyw aktywistów LGBT wykorzystujących podstępne metody zmierzające do poddania dzieci wulgarnej edukacji seksualnej i ideologii gender.

Nie mniej ważna jest aktywność ekspertów Instytutu na szczeblu międzynarodowym – nierzadko eksperci Ordo Iuris są jedynymi reprezentantami Polski w instytucjach unijnych i gremiach europejskich, a nawet światowych takich jak Parlament Europejski, Trybunał Sprawiedliwości Unii Europejskiej czy Organizacja Narodów Zjednoczonych. Wysiłek podejmowany w obronie najważniejszych wartości przynosi konkretne owoce – na przykład podczas listopadowego szczytu w Nairobi konsekwentny sprzeciw zawiązanej w Kenii koalicji z udziałem Instytutu doprowadził do zablokowania prób uczynienia z aborcji nowego prawa człowieka i wprowadzenia we wszystkich krajach świata przymusowej edukacji seksualnej. Warto dodać, że Ordo Iuris było podczas tego wydarzenia jedną z dwóch dopuszczonych do udziału organizacji broniących naturalnych wartości w skali całego świata!

Stale angażuje się również obronę wolności religijnej i walkę z nasilającymi się atakami i prześladowaniami wobec Chrześcijan. Jako jedna z nielicznych organizacji monitoruje ten niepokojący proceder i alarmuje o jego coraz większej skali instytucje międzynarodowe. Uruchomił również dedykowaną platformę internetową (www.cwr.ordoiuris.pl), za pomocą której każdy może zgłaszać przypadki dyskryminacji i aktów nienawiści uderzających w wolność religijną lub wolność sumienia.

Ordo Iuris prowadzi też działalność naukową i formacyjną – szkoli młodych prawników sumienia, organizuje liczne konferencje naukowe oraz wykłady wybitnych ekspertów, jak również wydaje szereg publikacji, w tym periodyk naukowy pt. „Kultura Prawna”.

Co najważniejsze, to organizacja niezależna od czynników zewnętrznych i bieżącej polityki – celowo i z rozmysłem nie korzysta z żadnych dotacji publicznych i grantów, które mogłyby ograniczać niezależność. Utrzymuje się wyłącznie dzięki wsparciu Darczyńców, zaangażowanych w jej wyjątkową misję i podzielających te same wartości. Obecnie coraz więcej Polaków, a także obywateli innych państw, którym drogie są fundamenty naszej cywilizacji, pokłada w Instytucie Ordo Iuris coraz większe nadzieje. Jednak w parze ze wzrostem oczekiwań społecznych idzie również wzrost wydatków, dlatego tak ważne jest materialne wsparcie jak największej liczby ludzi sumienia, gotowych wspólnie z prawnikami Ordo Iuris bronić najważniejszych wartości.
